NEW QUALITY OF RECORDINGS AND COMMUNICATION
Installation of screens in the recording studio required customized solutions due to the uneven arrangement of the walls. As part of the evolving project in the BNI Polska spaces, DTEN monitors were also installed, and systems were implemented to improve work and communication between employees and the company.
SOLUTION
- Installation of monitors on the wall and ceiling in the recording studio.
- Installation of an additional 15 new monitors and 65-inch screens on electrically lowering ceiling mounts in the new BNI headquarters.
- Installation of DTEN - ALL in One monitors (55 and 75 inches) in the BNI Polska office, including in conference rooms, integrated with the Zoom platform.
- Conducting an audit of existing solutions. Implementation of the Crestron system for room reservations, automation of the reservation process, and equipping rooms with necessary tools.
- Implementation of content visualization in employee-company communication.
The main goal of the implemented projects was to enhance the quality of recordings and the efficiency of information flow and communication in the BNI Polska spaces.
Improving existing processes, maximizing digitization, and automation are factors that significantly impact the comfort of work and the effectiveness of tasks carried out in the BNI Polska office.
