Please be kindly informed that SOLIX Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Starachowice (hereinafter the “DC” or the “Controller”) processes information from public and generally accessible sources (including the Internet) and from its own filing systems. Such information may include data, which pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the “General Data Protection Regulation” or the “GDPR”) constitutes personal data.
Therefore, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation, in order to ensure that data subjects may exercise their rights, the controller is obliged to provide information on the processing of their personal data set
out in Article 13 or 14 of the GDPR. In addition to compliance with the obligation to provide information each time the data are obtained, the controller provides this information notice taking into account the main aspects related to the processing of personal data of its Clients.

What are personal data and what constitutes their processing
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, “personal data” mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is, in turn, one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Processing of personal data, in turn, should be in fact understood as any activity on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, storage, recording, organisation, alteration, consultation, use, making available, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Purpose of personal data processing
Your personal data are or may be processed by the Controller for the following purposes:
- taking steps prior to entering into a contract, entering into and performing a contract for the supply of goods and providing services by or to the Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- handling complaints, if any, relating to the performed services (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR),
- marketing - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity to process data to pursue the Controller’s legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- exercise of legal claims, if any (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR);
- sending the solicited newsletter to the e-mail address provided by you - the legal basis for the processing is the consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
Your personal data may also be processed for other purposes; in such case you will be each time informed about the same in accordance with the obligation to provide information imposed on the DC (Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR).
Processors processing personal data on instructions from the Controller
Your personal data may be transferred to processors processing personal data on instructions from the Controller: IT service providers, postal and courier service providers, providers of legal services to the Controller as well as sole proprietors having a permanent mandate relationship with the Controller.
Period of personal data processing
Your personal data will be processed throughout the duration of the existence of the Controller’s legitimate interest, unless you object to data processing for marketing purposes.
With respect to personal data processed on the basis of consent - as long as the consent is valid (e.g. to receive the newsletter), until it is withdrawn.
Your personal data will each time, however, be processed for at least the period necessary to perform the concluded contract, the claims resulting from such contract being subject to prescription and the storage period of the settlement documents relating to the same (if such contract was concluded).

You have the right to request from the Controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing as well as the right to data portability.
To the extent that processing is carried out for marketing purposes, you may object to data processing for this purpose at any time.
You may withdraw your consent at any time without stating the reason for the same in any form, in particular by sending an e-mail to the Controller. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing performed based on the consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is required to receive marketing materials as well as to conclude and perform a contract.
Your personal data collected with your consent through the use of cookies may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, by the Controller, this will not however, produce any legal effects on you or have similar significant impact on your position - the detailed information in this respect may be found in the “COOKIES POLICY” section.

What are cookies?
Cookies are to be construed as IT data, in particular text files, stored in the users' terminal equipment and intended for the use of webpages. These files allow for the recognition of the user’s equipment and the appropriate display of a webpage tailored to the user’s individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the webpage, from which they come from, duration of their storage on the terminal equipment as well as their unique number.
Cookies in principle do not allow for identification of individuals, however, given the Controller’s care in protecting personal data of its clients, the protection measures intended for personal data are applied to the same. Saving cookies in a browser cache does not have any negative impact on the User’s software or equipment. A cookie allows the information it contains to be read only by the server from which the cookie originates.

What do we use cookies for?
Cookies are used to tailor the content of webpages to user’s preferences and optimise their use. They are also used to collect anonymous aggregated statistics which help to understand how a user uses webpages so that their structure and content could be improved, except for personal user identification.
The Controller uses cookies and other similar technologies to:
- tailor the content of sites and applications to Users’ preferences and optimise the use of webpages;
- recognise the Users’ equipment and appropriately display a webpage tailored to the user's individual needs;
- create statistics that help to understand how Users use sites and applications so that their structure and content could be improved;
- maintain a User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to enter the login and the password once again on each webpage of a given website and application;
- present advertisements, among others in the way taking account of the User’s interests (individualisation of advertising messages) and with the guarantee of exclusion of the possibility of the repeated presentation of the same advertisement to the User;
- carry out surveys - in particular to avoid the repeated presentation of the same survey to the same User and to present surveys with account taken of Users’ interests.
The storage of cookies in itself or obtaining access to them does not result in any changes to configurations of the User’s equipment.
Cookies sent via a website may also be used by partners and advertisers collaborating with the website operator: Google Analitics.
What cookies do we use and how long do we store them?
- Session cookies - to keep a user signed in to a website and to maintain sessions. These cookies operate during your visit on our webpage and are subsequently automatically deleted.
- Permanent cookies - after you visit our website, they will remain on your computer
together with the remembered information, e.g. about your configured system unit and will restore settings during your next visits, which will make the use of our website easier for you. Such files are stored for no more than 2 years
Deleting cookies
Typically, software used for web-browsing stores cookies by default in the terminal equipment. Such settings may be changed so as to disable cookies in the web browser settings or to be informed each time cookies are sent to the user’s equipment.
